Description
A delicious Tarta de Turrón y Chocolate Blanco that combines the rich flavors of Spanish nougat and white chocolate in a creamy tart.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup turrón (Spanish nougat), chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, vanilla extract, salt, and eggs until well combined.
- Gradually stir in the melted white chocolate and chopped turrón until evenly mixed.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a nutty twist, add ½ cup of chopped almonds or hazelnuts to the filling.
- For a fruity variation, top the tart with fresh berries or a berry compote before serving.
