Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2-3 lemons)

- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves (plus extra for garnish)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- Once boiling, remove from heat and add the fresh rosemary leaves. Cover and let steep for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the rosemary-infused water into a large mixing bowl or pitcher, discarding the rosemary leaves.
- Stir in the fresh lemon juice, honey, and salt until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
- Pour the hot lemonade into mugs and garnish with lemon slices and additional rosemary sprigs.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the warm, soothing flavors.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a slice of fresh ginger to the boiling water.
- Substitute agave syrup or maple syrup for honey for a different flavor profile or to make it vegan.
